You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind, on full-price and reduced pieces alike.

Email order@vemod.studio with your order number before the 14 days are over, then send the piece back within 14 days of telling us — unworn, with its labels attached. You pay the return postage and we recommend a tracked service. Nothing is deducted from your refund, and we refund within 14 days of receiving your notice.

Returning from Norway? Write to us before you send the parcel so we can help you mark it as returned goods and avoid import VAT on the way back.

If a piece is faulty or is not what you ordered, we cover the return cost.

Exchanges

We don't exchange directly. Return the piece and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
