Returns & Refunds

We want every VEMOD piece to feel right. If it does not, you can return it within 14 days. This policy explains how. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you have named other than the carrier, receive the item. If your order arrives in several deliveries, they start on the day you receive the last one.

The right applies to all items, including items bought at a reduced price.

2. How to withdraw

Tell us before the 14 days have passed, in any of these ways:

• use the Withdraw from purchase function on our website;
• email order@vemod.studio with your name, order number and the items you are returning; or
• fill in the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy and send it to us by email or post.

You have met the deadline if you send your notice before the 14 days are over. We will confirm by email that we have received it, including the time we received it. Please always notify us, because a parcel that arrives without a notice takes longer to handle.

3. Sending the item back

Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us, to:

• Put your order number inside the parcel.
• You pay the return shipping. We recommend a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage until you receive your refund.
• Returns from Norway cross a customs border. Contact us before you send the parcel and we will help you mark it correctly as returned goods, so that it is not charged import VAT when it arrives in Sweden.

4. Condition of returned items

You may handle and try on the item as you would in a shop to check its size, fit and quality. Please keep all labels attached. Do not wear the item outside, wash it or alter it, and keep it free of perfume, deodorant and make-up. If you can, return it in its original packaging.

If the item has been handled more than was needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value. You still keep your right to withdraw.

5. Your refund

• We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the item back, or until you have shown that you sent it, whichever happens first.
• We refund the price of the returned items. If you return the whole order, we also refund the standard delivery cost. If you chose a delivery option that cost more than our standard one, we refund only the cost of the standard option.
• The cost of sending the item back is not refunded.
• We refund you with the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. You are never charged a fee for the refund.
• Norway: import VAT, customs duty and carrier fees paid on delivery go to the carrier and the Norwegian authorities, not to us. Contact the carrier that handled customs clearance to ask about reclaiming them for returned goods.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item as described above and place a new order for the size or piece you want. If you are unsure whether it is available, write to us and we will check.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, this is not a withdrawal. It is a complaint, and different rules apply (see section 11 of our Terms & Conditions). Email order@vemod.studio with photos and your order number. For a valid complaint, we cover the return costs.

8. Parcels that are not collected

If you do not collect your parcel or you refuse delivery, it will be returned to us. If this happens within your 14-day withdrawal period, we treat it as a withdrawal and refund your payment. We deduct the actual cost of shipping the parcel back to us and any customs charges we have to pay for it.

9. Items we cannot accept

• Items not bought from vemod.studio.
• Items made to your personal measurements or personalised for you, if we offer them. The right of withdrawal does not apply to these, and we will state this clearly before you buy.
